I love the layout. I've been wanting to learn how to make the favicons myself. Maybe someday I'll have some time to work on that.

Hard to imagine- (sorry I just realized that I don't know your REAL name!) I downloaded a small free program that makes icons its called "ifranview" you can crop photos and resize them to 16 pixels and then set the color to 16 color and save as an ICO. I found that PNG files work great too and I made the current favicon in photoshop using the png file format.
It's fun!
